Dog friendly
One of the pains when bringing your dog is climbing up and down the stairs. We fixed this. At the bottom of the stairs is a number of gates. Set them up properly and your dog can go down the stairs to a fenced in ten-by-twenty grass spot perfect for pooping and peeing.
COYOTES: We don't see coyotes often. Maybe once a week. Keep an eye on smaller pets. Coyotes travel in packs. A small dog might invite them in. The coyotes climb four-foot fences like they weren't there.
